Shipping & Returns

1.  WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

After you complete the transaction, you should receive your order within 5-7 business days.  I try to be quicker than this, and you'll be updated when the order has shipped.  Of course, delivery is dependent on current covid climate.

 

2.  WHAT COURIERS DO WE USE?

Wow Wee Waterproof Sheets uses TRACKED Hong Kong Post.

Shipping within Hong Kong is free of charge within metro HK; unfortunately there is a surcharge for Outlying Islands. We don't ship outside Hong Kong yet, but please get in touch if you have a special request.

 

3.  EXCHANGE / RETURN / REFUND

Due to hygiene reasons and also as I'm a Mum-side-business with no admin support, I regret I cannot offer returns/refunds/exchanges.  If I offered exchanges/refunds/returns, the price to you would be MUCH higher.  

If you need more time to ask other Mums before you buy, PLEASE do so as I hope you decide to buy for the RIGHT reasons and will RE-USE this product again and again :)

Each item is checked before shipping, and our couriers have not damaged any orders since we started in 2016, so I have utmost confidence you'll love your purchase.   In the rare event that you're dissatisfied, please do email me within one (1) business day of receiving the product and I will do my best to work things out.
